HELLSTAR Signs First NIL Athletes as It Expands Sports Label

HELLSTAR Sports, launched in early 2024, has officially signed its first Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) athletes: Danny Lang and Gavin Honore.

Traditionally, HELLSTAR Sports focused on sponsoring youth 7-on-7 football teams but, with this new announcement, they are now officially signing individual athletes.

The first athlete signed is Danny Lang, a four-star defensive back from Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California. Lang plays both corner and safety and recently accepted an invitation to the prestigious 2026 Navy All-American Bowl.

ESPN ranks him among its top recruits in the Class of 2027. He currently has offers and interest from top college programs.

The second signing, Gavin Honore, is also a standout wide receiver from Mater Dei.

Best known for his speed and route-running, Honore recently committed to play for the Georgia Bulldogs, becoming the youngest committed WR in Georgia’s 2027 class.

For HELLSTAR, this move represents a major step for their brand. What began as a youth sponsorship program is now evolving into a platform that supports elite prep athletes.

By signing Lang and Honore, HELLSTAR continues growing its brand beyond apparel, positioning itself as a serious player in the NIL space.

The brand’s latest move underscores HELLSTAR’s ambition to build an ecosystem that spans all the way from fashion to collegiate athletic representation.
