Marni has officially tapped Belgian designer Meryll Rogge as its next creative director, following Francesco Risso’s recent departure from the brand.
Rogge, who launched her own label in 2020, is known for her offbeat approach to womenswear. Before going solo, she built up experience at both Dries Van Noten and Marc Jacobs, two houses known for bold, expressive fashion, much like Marni itself.

Her first collection for Marni will debut for the Fall/Winter 2025 season. The appointment marks a new chapter for the Italian fashion house, which has been redefining itself under OTB Group ownership in recent years.

Rogge’s ability to blend avant-garde silhouettes with playful detailing makes her a natural fit for the brand’s next era.
