Nike just previewed a new Air Force 1 Low that inspired by The Matrix. Dressed in all-black leather, the upper features streaks of neon green embroidery that mimic code raining down similar to scenes within The Matrix.
The green embroidery show up across the side panels, heel, toe box, tongue, and a tiny embroidered Swoosh near the forefoot. Even the insole’s graphic, which appears to be some sort of digital distortion, is a direct nod to the movie. There’s also a hidden message printed behind the tongue: “And the one legend is only the beginning of stories.”
Everything else stays classic with black laces, a black midsole, and black outsole. No word on a release date yet, but keep an eye on Nike and select retailers in the coming weeks.
