Pharrell Williams Sues for $14M Over Bootleg Billionaire Boys Club Merch

Pharrell Williams is suing Spreadshirt, accusing the print-on-demand platform of selling bootleg Billionaire Boys Club merchandise without permission.

The lawsuit claims Spreadshirt “knowingly profits from the sale of counterfeit products,” including tees and hoodies that rip BBC’s designs. Pharrell’s legal team says the company failed to remove infringing listings even after being notified multiple times.

Billionaire Boys Club, co-founded by Pharrell in 2003, has become a staple in streetwear with its signature astronaut logo and global following. The lawsuit says Spreadshirt’s fake merch threatens that reputation and misleads consumers.

Pharrell is seeking damages and a court order to permanently ban the knockoff items.
